Easy Tai Chi Georgia 2006
What is Tai Chi: A rhythmic series of flowing movements that tone muscles, loosen joints, increase circulation, improve digestion and reduce stress.
Our tai chi is a pleasing blend of the far east and western concepts. Movements are pleasing flowing and easy to understand and learn. We also couple 4 Minute Fitness with our Tai Chi for Busy People. This is a combination of Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga.
We stress proper posture, proper breathing and staying with in your self. Practice is rewarding and fun.
